3 great games from the past and the arcade versions too! Please fix the controls because they dont feel quite right!

Whereas Double Dragon by Brizo was a great remake of an old-school classic, this later rendition by DotEmu is the original three arcade games, just as they were back in the day. The exception is the Story mode, which unlocks some new content. The controls are smoother, and purists looking for a true DD port will find it in this one.

Ive been wishing for this EXACT thing for ages! Straight forward, accurate ports of the DD1 & DD2 arcade games and thats exactly what this app delivers. (DD3 was never that great, but the app is more than worth the price of admission for 1 & 2 alone.) One thing about DD2 though, (aside seeming easier than the original arcade game... which might just be my memory failing me) When you get to the final fight (spoiler) with your evil twin(s), and have the music set to the original 8-bit soundtrack, the wrong song plays during the fight. What you hear in this version during the fight is only MEANT to be heard during the shadow twins appearance. During the actual fight youre supposed to hear a similar, but markedly different theme. (It should be the same track that "wicked god" from the arranged soundtrack is based on.) Also, during that same appearance scene, the app plays a sort of Victory jingle that is not meant to be heard (it exists in the arcade games rom as unused data, it was never heard at any point in the game originally.) These are just minor points... Im trying to help you keep it as accurate as possible since Ive always loved these games!

This game is ok to play. Controls are lacking. Very hard to move character in the right direction.

Nothing like the NES version I remember. Was it really that bad on the arcade?

I really love this game. It was one of the best game I played since my childhood. I love the stage music, the character and its fighting technique. But somehow it is quite difficult to move the character in a swift way. Can you fix this problem so I can rate it 5 stars. Thanks!!

This game is fine, but changing the options or volume on a iPad Air crashes it. The joystick could use some tweaking as well.

Not the original game, well put together tho

Game is great, controllers are fine (same as any iOS game pad). It is exactly like the arcade original tho those complaint its not like the original it is. And its not the cheesy nes versions. Even has scan line options. If your complaint is it isnt like the arcade, then you need to go back to mame and see how your mistaken. Story mode adds to it also. Good price for all 3.

The game is excellent but i have problems with the buttons. I press 1 button but sometimes the other buttons respond as well. And have separated the buttons quite a bit

Great rendition of old DDragon but touch screen buttons could be fixed. Touch one button and does something else. Also response speed could be fixed. Great game though

Im on an iPad Air with iOS 9.. Sound works in menu only but not during gameplay of either game.. During gameplay, I get complete silence.... Anyone else ? Please fix or I will request refund.. Thanks. Update... Tried to request a refund but the option isnt available... Stay away from this game.. What a rip off!!!!!!

I never play double dragon before but thats not normal that the game lag so hard ,

Stupid game crashed and there is no way for me to play it! I want my money back!!!

If you wanna play in 80s Arcade Game you should definitely check this game.

Streets of rage e a confronto su un altro pianeta

Who on earth release games for consoles and automata without providing integration with joystick? The touch control is horrible, you do not have control over movements. The whole series has very bad movement control but what is provided in tablet version is even worse. I bought the game just to remember my youth but was left with annoyance only. Waste of time and money.
