No sound during gameplay

Im on an iPad Air with iOS 9.. Sound works in menu only but not during gameplay of either game..

During gameplay, I get complete silence.... Anyone else ?

Please fix or I will request refund.. Thanks.

Update... Tried to request a refund but the option isnt available... Stay away from this game.. What a rip off!!!!!!
